All appointments EXCEPT Loc Extensions Bookings are confirmed by entering a valid debit or credit card when booking the appointment. Most services do not require a deposit. A 48-hour notice is required when canceling appointments, this includes appointments made within said 48hrs. Failure to give at least 48 hours' notice will offset a 20% cancellation fee. All Loc Extensions appointments must follow an initial consultation appointment to discuss hair color, length, texture...etc. Please communicate either by email or phone as listed on the website 619-892-5722 when canceling.
